1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
We offer customized AI development and consulting as detailed in your service agreement ("Service Agreement").
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.

- Don’t misuse or reverse-engineer our work.
4. Ownership
We own the tools and designs we create. You get a license to use deliverables after payment.
5. Confidentiality
Keep shared information private unless agreed otherwise or required by law.
6. Payments
Pay as agreed. Late payments may incur fees. You’re responsible for taxes.
7. No Guarantees
We aim for quality but don’t guarantee specific results. Services are "as is."
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid. We’re not responsible for indirect damages.
9. Ending Services
We can end services for violations or non-payment. You can terminate by notifying us in writing.
10. Disputes
These Terms follow German law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Berlin, Germany.
