Genesy is sold per project. One licence covers one live website. Build client sites with it, change anything you like, but do not resell or redistribute the template itself as a template.

Higgsfield does not claim ownership of generated images, places no restriction on their commercial use, and allows those rights to be passed on to third parties, so they ship with the template. Replace them with your own before launch.
